We have approximately 50 dedicated  Road Patrollers here at Nawton School who do a great job in keeping our students safe on the way to and from school every day, rain, hail or shine.  We have 3 crossings to manage so that makes up 12 duties a day. 

Our Road Patrollers show perseverance and dedication to the job even when it is cold and wet.  Every week the best patroller gets a reward at our school assembly and at the end of the year we have the “Road Patroller of the Year”.  The NZ Police also shout us to Water World in December to say thanks for helping Nawton children safe.
