  I believe that children learn best in a supportive and positive environment, where a balanced programme helps to foster the development of the knowledge, understanding skills and attitudes that will enable them to succeed.
I believe that all children, of all abilities, need to collaborate in setting their own goals, helping them to decide how best to achieve them, while being aware that the expectations are high.
I believe that strong Literacy and Numeracy programmes are vital for the children in my class.
I also believe that learning should be fun, and we need to have as much laughter as possible every day.
